Enterprise Props is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.
All customer information is kept strictly confidential. We will never sell, lease, or otherwise give any of the information to any third party. We protect consumer and business credit card data by complying with all standards and regulations according to the latest Payment Card Industry standards. We do not store, record, or retain credit card data
This website currently has no applications or programs that gather information from your computer without your consent. Users are required to give us contact information and demographic information. Certain information, such as your email address, is collected in order to verify your identity, for use in our records and for providing a tracking number for shipping. Information collected at this website is kept in our records in order to provide requested services to our clients.
Your financial information is never disclosed to Enterprise Props. We use PayPal or a secure credit card processing company and your information is not shared with us.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Enterprise Props guaranties its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of our products. Enterprise Props is not responsible for products sold by third parties. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Enterprise Props. Damaged products must be returned us.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT. Products sold that are not manufactured by Enterprise Props are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty if applicable. Warranty returns will receive product replacement or repair only, no cash refunds.
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us immediately.
Machining or printing marks or ridges are not considered a defect. Exchanging parts for cosmetic reasons will be done at the discretion of Enterprise Props and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages that occur due to the misuse of our products are not considered a defect.
Product and all product packaging and materials must be returned in their original condition. Enterprise Props will pay return shipping fees on defective products but additional charges may apply for rush shipping of replacement parts. A deposit may be required to guarantee return of defective parts. Enterprise Props is not responsible for defective products that are manufactured by others. Enterprise Props reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the returned product is not defective.
Product Return Policy
Enterprise Props has a (7) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to seven (7) days from the item receive date (Date is confirmed with orders tracking number) to contact us to initiate a return for full refund or replacement. Customers who have returned products for a refund in accordance with these refund and return guideline will be issued a refund when products that are being returned arrive to us and are deemed to be sent to us in original condition. Once the refund has been processed by Enterprise Props please allow 72 hours from issuance for the credit to show on your account.
You will receive 100% refund on the product cost, less shipping and handling.
There is no restocking fee for returns on purchases
Products and all product packaging and materials must be returned in the condition in which they were received to receive a full refund.
Used, Blemished Factory Second, & Clearance Product Return Policy
All items sold as used, blemished, or clearance are sold "AS IS." These sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges.
Damaged During Shipment
Enterprise Props is not responsible for any damaged shipments. If you have purchased insured shipping and your order is damaged please contact us immediately. A damage claim will be submitted to the designated shipper. Please allow 30-45 days to process your claim with the designated shipper. Shipping damage refunds / exchanges do not include any return shipping, shipping insurance costs or handling / processing fees.
The following information is needed in order to process a claim:
Pictures of the damaged box/packaging and the damaged products from all sides
A detailed description of the damage(s)
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package with no signature required. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. Email confirmation is sent as soon as possible after receiving your order. Given the possibility of mail theft, it is strongly recommended that the customer ship packages to a secure address. Enterprise Props is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Items ordered will usually be shipped within 1-5 business days, however due to high order volume, orders can be delayed for shipping for up to 30 days. If your order is needed by a certain date, please add that in your order notes so we can prioritize your order.
The US Post Office Insures all Priority sent packages up to $50 automatically. Additional shipping options such as rush delivery, signature required or additional insurance are possible at an additional charge, please contact us for more information.
Your tracking number is sent by software via email. The tracking number will always be sent just ahead of the package being picked up for delivery by the post office, so please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated.
Customs forms will be accurate. No item ships as a gift unless the item was won in a giveaway.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
